Production Supervisor Apparel FZCO

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities across shifts to meet daily and weekly production targets.

• Monitor manufacturing processes for efficiency, safety, and quality compliance.

• Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and ISO standards.

• Train, guide, and evaluate production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.

• Schedule and allocate labor, materials, and equipment resources effectively.

• Conduct routine inspections to ensure machines (e.g., blow molding, filling, labeling, capping lines) are operating properly.

• Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams to resolve issues quickly and minimize downtime.

• Track production data, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare shift reports.

• Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and health regulations.

• Participate in planning and forecasting production requirements with management.
