Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor – Site Operations to oversee daily site and camp operations in Abu Dhabi. The role is fully camp-based and involves managing camp facilities, transportation coordination, and operational support for the workforce. The ideal candidate must have prior UAE experience and hands-on exposure to site and camp operations.

Key Responsibilities

Site & Camp Operations

  • Oversee daily site and camp operations to ensure smooth functioning

  • Manage camp accommodation, facilities, hygiene, and basic welfare requirements

  • Ensure discipline, order, and compliance with camp rules and company policies

Transportation Management

  • Manage workforce transportation arrangements for site and camp movement

  • Coordinate with drivers and transport vendors for timely and safe operations

  • Monitor transport schedules, routes, and vehicle utilization

Workforce & Operational Support

  • Act as a coordination point between site management, camp staff, and workforce

  • Handle operational issues related to attendance, movement, and logistics

  • Support supervisors and foremen with daily operational requirements

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with HR, PRO, and operations teams on manpower-related matters

  • Maintain records of camp occupancy, transportation, and site operations

  • Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company safety, security, and operational standards

  • Report incidents, operational challenges, or non-compliance issues

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Operations Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or Camp Supervisor in the UAE

  • Mandatory prior UAE experience in site or manpower-based operations

  • Hands-on experience in camp management and transportation handling

  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to stay full-time at the site camp

  • Egyptian nationality – candidates must be currently inside UAE
