Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate daily application support activities,

  • Manage customer escalations : root cause analysis, coordination of internal teams, proactive and clear communication with stakeholders,
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), ensure compliance with SLAs and propose continuous improvement plans.
