Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily application support activities,
- Manage customer escalations : root cause analysis, coordination of internal teams, proactive and clear communication with stakeholders,
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), ensure compliance with SLAs and propose continuous improvement plans.

- Problem-solving skills and management of complex situations,
- Sense of customer service and results orientation,

Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for an Operations Support Manager with solid experience in managing and supporting teams (between 15 and 20 employees), with a proven IT background, ideally in the fintech software development sector.
