Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Follow up OSS systems administration and maintenance, main mission is to ensure OSS systems service continuity and reduce service interruptions and outages, develop dashboards, reports and insights.

  • OSS systems administration and support, follow up support contracts with vendors.
  • Maintain systems integrations and data integrity in all OSS systems.
  • Develop dashboards, reports and insights
  • Work within OSS team as project support, doing the planning tasks from idea phase till implementation and acceptance phase which also includes continuous capacity and license management and solution optimization.
  • Involve with technical evaluation, which required a complete and deep technical understanding for OSS framework and OSS solution.
  • Involve with technical investigation to find issues root cases or for provide new solution and workarounds.
  • Continuous discussion with stakeholders, users and management to understand the requirements to build and provide suitable solutions.
  • Follow up solutions roadmaps and provide plans for modernization.
  • Understanding API s and integrations between different systems to provide proper solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in fields of Software Engineering, programing, or information engineering

  • 2 years at least of experience across several line and support functions
  • Communication, and Team worker
  • Acceptable basic technical knowledge in IT and telco domains and programing
  • Acceptable basic in ITIL and TMF
