Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and put-away

  • Lead and support warehouse associates to meet productivity, quality, and service targets
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Enforce safety rules and promote a safe working environment
  • Train, coach, and onboard new team members
  • Support inventory control activities such as cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
  • Monitor system transactions using WMS/RF scanners and report operational issues
  • Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and escalate operational risks

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field

  • 2 4 years of warehouse or distribution experience
  • Previous experience in a team leader or senior warehouse role preferred
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
