Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
    • Oversee the accounts payable function, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor reconciliations.
    • Ensure timely and accurate posting of supplier invoices and credit notes.
    • Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize the purchasing process.
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
    • Supervise accounts receivable, billing.
    • Ensure proper application of receipts and timely customer invoicing.
    • Monitor O2C KPIs such as days sales outstanding (DSO), billing accuracy, and collection effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with sales and other departments to resolve billing disputes.
  • Treasury and Operational Control
    • Develop and enforce internal controls across P2P and O2C cycles to mitigate risks.
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, withholding, etc.), accounting standards, and company policies.
    • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, bank reconciliations, and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus.

5+ years of experience in finance operations, treasury, or related roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of P2P and O2C cycles, accounts payable/receivable, treasury management, and financial controls.

Solid understanding of tax regulations (VAT, withholding, etc.) and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.

Proven ability to develop and implement internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales, procurement, and operations teams.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.

Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
