1. Operate and monitor fiber preparation equipment (pulpers, screens, cleaners) in DCS

2. Control stock preparation systems to maintain consistent pulp quality

3. Moniter the Ragger quality and OCC input to the pulper

4.Record all machine parameter and check list.

5. Adjust chemical dosages as per process specifications

6. Conduct routine equipment inspections and minor maintenance

7. Monitor and record process parameters (consistency, freeness, brightness)

8. Coordinate with paper machine for Tower level and consistency

9. Identify and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance teams

10. Follow strict safety protocols for chemical handling and machine operation

11. Maintain cleanliness in the fiber preparation area

12. Participate in shift handover meetings with detailed process reports

Job Authorities

• Adjust machine settings within predefined limits

• Initiate emergency shutdown procedures when required

• Request maintenance support for equipment issues

• OCC and NCC raw materials quality checking while feeding

into the conveyor.

Accountabilities

• Achieve target pulp quality specifications

• Minimize fiber loss during processing

• Ensure uninterrupted pulp supply to paper machines

• Maintain accurate production records
