Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Follow procedures to manufacture products per specifications, schedules, cost, waste, and quality standards

  • Set up and operate aseptic liquid washing machines safely and accurately
  • Perform routine cleaning activities
  • Ensure good documentation practices in recording, maintaining, reviewing, and organizing batch records, forms, documents, and logbooks
  • Assist other team members in manufacturing areas as needed
  • Maintain workplace organization and housekeeping standards
  • Adhere to SOPs, GMP, and ISO regulations
  • Train and instruct personnel on task execution per SOPs
  • Available to work day or night shifts (positions on all shifts)
  • Autoclave operation experience required
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production to minimize rejects

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years experience in sterile liquid compounding

  • Good commence of English language.
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good team and problem solving skills
  • Initiative and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work safely and use all material moving equipment in a safe manner.
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work overtime as necessary
  • Ability to calculate machine OOE.
