AMI OPERATOR DUNCAN AND ROSS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES

The role holder is responsible for ensuring effective execution of operational work activities of SMOC. The role holder is chiefly responsible for maintaining work orders and meter data as well as verifying and validating it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor, manage and troubleshooting the Work Orders issued as part of Roll Out & daily operations.

• Performs a variety of skilled duties in support of the (AMI) team including reading, building, programming, installing, activating, inspecting, diagnosing, replacing, and routing AMI meters.

• Assists in preparing all technical daily reports related to SMOC Operations, in a timely manner, as applicable to the role.

• Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves operation problems.

• Provides the necessary assistance to Supervisors/Analyst as and when required in the execution of work processes.

• Coordinates with the departments, customer, contactors, site–team as required.

• Handles SMOC, AMI sub systems and other associated program for meter installation and complaint system.

• Keeps record and prepare report etc. regarding all kinds of data from SMOC and AMI sub systems as per the clients requirements.

• Handles extensive data tracking, sorting, updating, recording and prepares all kinds of reports with appropriate format.

• Works in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section on securing and maintain the ISO / Risk Management / ISMS certification.

• Carries out and ensures compliance of all activities within the Installation Section are in-line with Clients health and safety regulations.

• Ensures ones availability to work across all three shifts, in a 24*7 environment.

• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
