Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control machinery operations to ensure optimal performance and quality output, quickly identifying and addressing any irregularities.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment, applying technical knowledge to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
  • Document operational data and performance metrics accurately, contributing to continuous improvement efforts and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement operational changes and improvements, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training in machinery operation is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or operational role, demonstrating a solid understanding of machinery and processes.
  • Certifications in safety protocols, such as OSHA, are highly desirable to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Candidates with experience in the specific industry, such as automotive or food production, will be prioritized for their relevant knowledge.
