Roles & Responsibilities

  • Job Description
  • Responsible for operating one or more parts of the production line, adopting standard operating procedures in accordance with operating instructions and industrial safety to ensure the continuity of effective and efficient operation in line with production goals and plans.
  • Perform the required calibrations and establish operating principles to ensure the required synchronization for all stages of production, to guarantee efficient operation, and to minimize waste.
  • Minor faults are repaired through calibrations and taking the required measurements. Normal faults are identified during operation to minimize production downtime.
  • Inform the team leader immediately of any problems or emergencies.
  • Monitoring and recording operating conditions to ensure that operations are within normal limits and making immediate reports of any deviations to the direct manager to take immediate action.
  • Ensuring the availability of raw materials and securing inventory to avoid any emergency stoppages that affect the production process and working to prevent the waste of materials in accordance with the standards regulating this.
  • Unifying and guiding workers on the production line, monitoring all production stages in comparison with the established production plans, and training new workers.
  • Make sure the work area is kept in good condition and clean .
  • Ensuring that all work is carried out in full compliance with occupational health and safety requirements and procedures .
  • Perform online area handover and takeover within the   DDS room with the previous shift team leader using the area logbook, centerline sheet,  CIL,  and area defects.  Peer-to-peer & shift handover. 
  • Work and follow up on  AM  units according to the specified plan .
  • Implementing and adhering to  IWS operational efficiency systems .
