PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/ MAIN DUTIES
1. Ensure company safety standards are complied to.
2. Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP s) are carried out with speed & accuracy.
3. Ensure good Housekeeping standards are maintained within the responsible area.
4. Ensure FOC / LOC are completed in every job and maintain a process check.
5. At all-time ensure the machines are running at their optimum speed.
6. Ensure to report any maintenance breakdown on the machine to the shift leader / maintenance
team.
7. Ensure daily job line-up is adhered to, as agreed with shift leader.
8. Advise & identify any potential maintenance issues needed in regular PMI.
9. To be present at all initial sets & machine trials where possible & report back results
10. Ensure the last pallet quantity and the tag is correct
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1. EDUCATION: Secondary/High School
2. EXPERIENCE: 1 Year in corrugator plant
3. CERTIFICATIONS: Communication skills (Read & Write English)
