Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring key performance metrics and executing project plans with teams to improve business processes and functions
  • Providing solutions and developments according to operation and business needs by owning it end-to-end from design to implementation
  • Bringing new insights into way of doing business, by brainstorming activities based on numerical analysis and reports
  • Working as part of a data-oriented and multifunctional team
  • Raise awareness and maintain the culture of continuous improvement
  • Measuring cycle time of operational processes and perfecting them end to end


Desired Candidate Profile

University degree (BSc or MSc) in Industrial Engineering or related engineering background

Minimum 3 years of experience in business and operations development, project management (E-commerce logistics experience is a plus)

Excellent level of written and spoken English

Being comfortable with working full time at warehouse

The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, with strong cross-team coordination skills

Strong sense of analytical thinking, result-oriented and eager to learn

Excellent at Excel and SQL knowledge

Experienced in lean production and continuous improvement concepts
