Overview of the Role We are looking for motivated Mechanical Engineering Graduates to join our Technical Support team. This role offers hands-on experience in supporting field operations, troubleshooting equipment, and delivering technical solutions across commercial vehicles and machinery. The position acts as a bridge between engineering, operations, and customers, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and high service standards.


What You Will Do

  • Provide technical support on equipment, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

  • Assist in on-site inspections and support operational activities across workshops and customer locations

  • Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to ensure equipment performance and reliability

  • Support customer-facing activities by providing technical insights and solutions

  • Prepare technical reports, analysis, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders

  • Collaborate with sales and aftersales teams to support business and customer requirements

  • Use engineering tools and systems to support analysis and problem-solving

Required Skills to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (fresh graduates welcome)

  • Internship or exposure to maintenance, operations, or technical support is an advantage

  • Willingness to work on-site and gain hands-on field experience

  • Interest in automotive, commercial vehicles, or heavy equipment industry
