Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including visual acuity testing, refraction, intraocular pressure measurement, and slit-lamp assessment

· Record and maintain accurate patient medical histories and ophthalmic test results

· Prepare patients for ophthalmic procedures and surgeries (refractive and cataract)

· Assist ophthalmologists in refractive surgeries (LASIK, PRK, etc.) and cataract surgeries

· Ensure sterile techniques and maintain surgical instruments and equipment

· Administer pre-operative and post-operative care, medications, and patient instructions

· Monitor patient condition during and after ophthalmic procedures

· Educate patients on eye health, treatment plans, and post-operative care

· Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care

· Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and healthcare regulations

· Support clinic operations including patient flow, scheduling assistance, and documentation
