Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet customers and identify their visual and lifestyle needs.
Recommend suitable frames, lenses, and optical solutions.
Explain product features, pricing, and promotions.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Process sales transactions and handle basic after-sales support.
Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school or diploma or equivalent.
1 2 years of experience in optical retail or customer-facing sales.
Knowledge of eyewear products, lenses, and basic optical terminology.
Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and provide professional product consultations. English communication skills required (Arabic is a plus)
