Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage daily showroom operations and staff scheduling./p>

Lead, train, and supervise the optical team./p>

Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of KPIs./p>

Oversee inventory control, stock availability, and merchandising./p>

Handle customer escalations and ensure service quality./p>

Prepare operational and sales performance reports./p>

Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudization requirements./p>

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree or diploma in Optometry, Optical Science, or Business Management./p>

Minimum 3 5 years of experience in optical retail, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role./p>

Strong knowledge of lenses, frames, and international eyewear brands./p>

Ability to manage daily showroom operations, sales targets, inventory, and staff scheduling./p>

Strong leadership, reporting, and customer service skills./p>

Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)./p>
