Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products (frames, lenses, CL, sunglasses).

2. Drive conversion, upselling, cross-Selling and promotions execution.

3. Achieving individual sales targets and supporting store performance.

4. Deliver a professional and engaging customer journey.

5. Handle customer inquiries and basic complaints effectively.

6. Build customer relationships and loyalty.

7. Read and understand prescriptions accurately.

8. Support basic fitting, adjustments, and product selection.

9. Assist opticians in handling technical requirements when needed.

10. Check prescription, fitting, and product specifications.

11. Ensure no defects and full match with customer order.

12. Support zero-error delivery and resolve issues before handover.

13. Process transactions accurately through POS system.

14. Support insurance approvals and documentation.

15. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

16. Maintain stock accuracy and proper product handling.

17. Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.

18. Maintain product knowledge across categories.

19. Work with team to achieve store targets.

20. Support opticians and sales team during peak times.

21. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

22. Follow company policies and procedures.

23. Maintain professional and ethical behavior.

24. Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.

25. Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Skills and Abilities:

- Strong sales and customer service skills

- Basic understanding of optical and technical processes

- Good knowledge of POS and insurance systems

- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

- Team player with ability to work under pressure

Experience:
