Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Optometrist to join our team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities

  • Educate patients on eye health care and preventative measures.
  • Review and manage patient records with a high level of accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and specialists.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in optometry and vision care.
  • Recommend treatments or further tests when deemed necessary.
  • Perform minor surgical procedures as permitted by state guidelines.

  • Communicate effectively with patients about treatment plans and follow-up visits.

Requirements
  • Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited optometry school.
  • Valid state license to practice optometry is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of medical technology and optometry equipment.
  • Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills in clinical settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and staff.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
  • Previous experience in optometry practice or a related healthcare field is preferred.
