Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications using Oracle APEX
Design and optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures
Build forms, reports, dashboards, and workflows
Integrate external systems using REST APIs and web services
Analyze existing systems and support migration from Oracle Forms to APEX
Ensure application security, performance, and scalability
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX)
Solid knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
Experience with Oracle Database 11g or higher
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience in building interactive reports and forms
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON handling
Understanding of database design and performance tuning
Experience with Oracle Forms 6i (for migration projects)
Knowledge of Oracle REST Data Services
Experience in accounting, inventory, or ERP systems
Familiarity with UAE VAT / e-invoicing requirements
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Knowledge of APEX security (authentication & authorization)
