Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions for Oracle Applications to support business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user needs and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and reports to enhance system functionality.
  • Integrate Oracle Applications with other enterprise systems and third-party solutions as needed.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in Oracle Apps modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Support end-users by providing technical assistance, training, and guidance on Oracle Applications features and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and data integrity protocols.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies, patches, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Senior level 4-5 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Apps Developer or in a similar technical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules and architecture.
  • Expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow.
  • Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and XML Publisher is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within deadlines.
