Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant to support a Cash-to-Accrual accounting transformation on Oracle E-Business Suite. The consultant will play a key role in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and business user enablement, working closely with finance stakeholders and technical teams. Arabic language proficiency is mandatory due to local business interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support Oracle EBS Finance implementation and support activities with strong focus on Cash-to-Accrual accounting processes. Configure and support Oracle Core Financials modules, including:

• Accounts Payable (AP)

• Accounts Receivable (AR)

• General Ledger (GL)

• Fixed Assets (FA)

• Cash Management (CM)

• Property Managementspan> (PN)br> br

• Design, configure, and maintain Chart of Accounts (CoA) structures, including:

  Key Flex fields, Descriptive Flexfields etc.

• Ledger and Accounting Calendars

• Reporting currencies and accounting rules

• Security profiles, responsibilities, users, menus, and request sets.

• Independently drive the business users to understand the functional requirements, gather and analyse the business requirements, perform the Fit-Gap analysis and provide production support.br> br

• Produce document and project deliverables, including:

  Solution Design Documents

• Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)

• Setup and Configuration Documents

• SIT & UAT Test Scenarios and Scripts

• Reporting requirements and functional validation

• User training materials and conduct training sessions

• Support SIT, UAT, Go-live, and Hyper care phases, including issue triage and resolution

• Provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations post go-live

• Collaborate effectively within integrated project teams (business, technical, and third-party stakeholders)
