Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle EBS HCM modules.
- Author and maintain project documentation following OUM (Oracle Unified Method) standards (RD030, BP080, BR100, etc.).
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, business requirement discussions, and provide expert-level solution walkthroughs.
- Manage client expectations and bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery.
Required Technical Expertise
- Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience in the following Oracle EBS modules:
- Core HR: Workforce structures, position management, and employee lifecycle.
- Payroll: Complex payroll processing, legislative updates, and costing.
- SSHR (Self-Service HR): Personalization and workflow configurations.
- PMS (Performance Management System): Appraisal cycles and competency mapping.
- OLM (Oracle Learning Management): Course catalogs, enrollments, and certifications.
- REC (iRecruitment): Vacancy management and applicant tracking.
