Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience supporting and developing Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), along with hands-on experience in OAF Development, Oracle Workflow, Fast Formula, XML Publisher, and Oracle PL/SQL.

The role is responsible for providing techno-functional support, developing customizations and integrations, troubleshooting payroll and HRMS issues, and enhancing Oracle HRMS applications. The candidate will work closely with business users, payroll teams, and IT stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, system compliance, and continuous improvement of HRMS processes.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
