Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Gather and map customer requirements using Oracle best practices
  • Prepare & maintain Oracle documentation (RD011, AN100, etc.)
  • Handle scoping, planning, functional analysis, gap analysis, solution design
  • Guide key users on best practices and solution options
  • Drive adherence to project milestones & report risks/issues
  • Convert business requirements into functional/technical solutions
  • Prepare test cases/scripts and execute test cycles
  • Support development, training, troubleshooting, and user guidance
  • Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle EBS OLM implementations
  • Expertise in Oracle Learning Management (OLM)
  • Must have led implementations onsite (Middle East preferred)
  • Strong experience in Oracle OUM deliverables
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to lead projects independently and coordinate with clients
