Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Functional Application support for Oracle Process Management (OPM) & OPM Financials.
Functional support for Supply Chain Management (SCM), for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), for Mobile Supply Chain Applications (BARCODE) and Functional Support of the inventory & ware house management for the inventories those that are in connection with OPM
Accept the escalated incidents with comments of Client first level support team.
Investigate, diagnose and resolve as per the requirement.
Implement and test resolutions or work-around in test environment.
Implement and test the changes in Production environment.
Update status of incidents records.
Close assigned incidents and obtain the sign off from the requester.
A proper log will be maintained.
Consultants are required to transfer knowledge to Client IT Team for functional and technical related activities and troubleshooting as part of their scope of work.
Monthly evaluation report has to be prepared and submit to IT Manager for review, follow-up and further instructions.
Desired Candidate Profile
5 + years of experience in Oracle EBS Functional Support.
Should be an Oracle E-Business Suite Manufacturing Certified consultant.
OPM expertise in Oracle EBS & Post implementation experience is preferable.
Expertise in handling of various warehouse related activities in supply chain
management.
Experience in handling EAM module will be preferred.
Minimum 3 Implementation experience.
Good knowledge of integration with legacy systems.
Good Understanding on implementation & support methodology.
Ability to understand the business requirement and do necessary changes in Oracle EBS,
conduct user training & acceptance testing.
Technical knowledge to create reports, integration & SQL queries.
Good Communication skills.
