Hiring Oracle EBS Technical Experts – Finance, HR, Procurement & Supply Chain

About the Opportunity:

We are hiring Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Experts with strong experience in R12 and above. These roles span across Finance, HR, and Procurement & Supply Chain modules, where candidates will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle EBS applications and ensuring smooth integration with third-party systems.

Specialization Tracks:

• Oracle EBS – Procurement & Supply Chain – Technical Expert
  6+ years of technical experience in Oracle EBS R12.
  Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, OAF, XML/BI Publisher.
  Develop and customize Procurement modules (PO, iProcurement, iSupplier).
  Customize Supply Chain modules (INV, OM, WMS, BOM).
  Design and implement reports, interfaces, and extensions.
  Experience with Oracle SOA and EDI for third-party integrations.
• Oracle EBS – HR – Technical Expert
  Expertise in HRMS modules: Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, OLM, iRecruitment.
  Troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues, concurrent program errors, and data inconsistencies.
  Support statutory compliance, especially payroll tax updates and reporting.
  Integrate HRMS with third-party applications.
• Oracle EBS – Finance & Projects – Technical Expert
  Design and develop RICEW components for Finance & Projects.
  Custom solutions using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF.
  Provide technical support for GL, AP, AR, FA, CE.
  Support Oracle Projects suite: Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Management.
  Develop dashboards and BI Publisher reports.
  Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.

Core Responsibilities (common):

• Design, develop, and customize Oracle EBS R12 applications.
• Build and maintain RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
• Ensure smooth upgrades, patches, and technical support.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate Oracle EBS with third-party systems (APIs, EDI, SOA).
• Maintain technical documentation and provide deployment support.
