Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant with strong expertise in Capital Planning implementation and SAS integration. The role involves leading full lifecycle Oracle EPM Capital Planning implementations, designing and configuring planning processes, developing SAS integration workflows, conducting business analysis, preparing functional/technical specifications, overseeing testing and UAT, and supporting go-live. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into optimized EPM solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Relevant Experience (Range):
8 to 9 Years in Oracle EPM/EPBS Capital Planning & SAS Integration Senior role.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (Masters preferred)

Work Location:
Saudi Arabia / Offshore

Must-Have Skills:

• End-to-end Oracle EPM Capital Planning implementation experience
• Strong expertise in Capital Planning module configuration
• Experience in SASEPM integration (data mapping, ETL, reporting)
• Proficiency in EPM Architect, Smart View, Data Management, and Calculation Manager
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Hands-on scripting experience (Groovy, SQL, or equivalent) for automation and customization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of reporting tools (FR Studio, BI Publisher)
• Prior consulting experience in large-scale Oracle EPM implementations
• Cross-module Oracle EPM expertise

Certifications (If Any):

• Oracle EPM Cloud Certification (Preferred)
