Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud modules (PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS), including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live.

  • Collaborate with business users and internal teams to capture, validate, and implement requirements.

  • Configure and manage Oracle EPM applications (Planning, Financial Consolidation, Reporting) to meet business needs.

  • Design and deploy request workflows, validations, subscriptions, and data synchronization mappings.

  • Ensure seamless data integration using tools like Data Management, Data Integration, and FDMEE.

  • Provide ongoing support and system enhancements.

  • Conduct testing, user training, workshops, and knowledge transfer.

  • Support testing cycles, change control, and post-go-live operations.

  • Advise on Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and new EDMCS features.

  • Develop custom reports and dashboards.

  • Align implementations with industry best practices, project governance frameworks, and organizational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Other Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting methodologies.

  • Hands-on expertise in EPM Cloud functionality (forms, business rules, calculation scripts, EPM Automate).

  • Experience in data integration and migration.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM solutions.

  • Proven track record of 2 3 end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.
