Oracle EBS Technical Support & Development

• Provide technical support for Oracle E-Business Suite applications, including issue analysis, debugging, enhancements, and production support

• Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views

• Customize and support Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, and XML Publisher

• Create and manage concurrent programs, workflows, alerts, and scheduled jobs

• Develop interfaces, APIs, data conversion scripts, and technical utilities

ERP Modules Support

• Support technical requirements across modules such as:
  HRMS, Payroll, Self-Service HR, GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Purchasing, Inventory, iProcurement, and iSupplier

• Analyze and resolve module-specific issues in collaboration with functional teams, business users, and vendors

Integration & Automation

• Design and support integrations between Oracle EBS and internal/external systems

• Develop APIs, web services, staging tables, and data exchange processes

• Support integrations with portals, mobile applications, document management systems, digital signature platforms, and SSO/Active Directory

Reporting & Dashboards

• Develop operational, financial, HR, and procurement reports

• Build dashboards and analytics using BI Publisher, SQL, Oracle APEX, or other reporting tools

• Ensure reporting accuracy, performance optimization, and data security

Oracle APEX & Modernization

• Support modernization of Oracle EBS using Oracle APEX and other front-end technologies

• Develop user-friendly portals, workflows, dashboards, and self-service applications

• Contribute to ERP transformation initiatives focused on automation, usability, and mobility

System Performance & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues including performance bottlenecks, failed jobs, and integration errors

• Optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL code, reports, and interfaces

• Collaborate with DBAs, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve complex issues
