Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with all SCM teams to understand workflows, processes, reporting requirements, internal controls, and compliance needs.
  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications for ERP SCM.
  • Configure and customize the ERP system within the logistics contexts, following Oracle standards and best practices.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users in SCM modules.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, test plans, and training materials.
  • Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for Logistics processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation, testing, and post-go-live phases.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented ERP solutions, including system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle ERP updates and best practices in manufacturing and financial management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on how to leverage the ERP system to improve operational efficiency, planning, cost control, and compliance.
  • Work closely with project managers and other functional consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and ERP system enhancements within the manufacturing and finance domains.
  • Assist in designing and implementing production and financial reporting using tools such as Power BI or other reporting solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and accounting standards.
  • Ensure integration between ERP and other critical business applications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Logistics industry solutions within Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as an ERP Consultant with strong exposure to SCM.
  • Deep understanding of Logistics processes, production planning, and cost accounting.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing manufacturing and financial modules in Oracle fusion ERP.
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions for Supply chain users.
  • Solid project management skills, including managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction.
