Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle Financials modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system solutions.

  • Support Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

  • Work closely with finance stakeholders to improve financial processes and system efficiency.

  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

  • Provide end-user training and documentation for Oracle Financial modules.

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 5–7 years of experience in Oracle Financials implementation or support.

  • Strong experience in Oracle modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.

  • Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Professional certifications in Oracle Financials or ERP systems are an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting requirements.

  • Experience in ERP implementation projects and system integration.
