Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the functional lead for Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll, translating business payroll requirements into Fusion-compliant configurations and solutions.

  • Gather and document payroll requirements, including earnings, deductions, statutory elements, balances, and fast formulas

  • Configure and maintain Fusion Payroll elements, calculation cards, balances, costing, and payroll flows in line with business and statutory needs.

  • Support and execute payroll testing cycles (unit testing, UAT, parallel payroll runs), ensuring accurate results and statutory compliance.

  • Analyze and resolve payroll issues by performing root-cause analysis and coordinating with Oracle technical teams where required.

  • Ensure compliance with country-specific legislation, tax rules, and reporting requirements within Oracle Fusion Payroll.

  • Provide post-implementation support, documentation, user guidance, and change management for payroll enhancements and releases.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Hold relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist (OCIS) for Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations and support.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of payroll processes, including tax regulations, deductions, and reporting.
