During your tenure as a Functional Consultant in Oracle, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

As a Functional Consultant, you will partner with stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize Oracle ERP systems and related financial management processes.
You will translate business needs into effective solutions that enhance core operational functions such as procurement, general ledger, and accounts management, while also supporting financial planning and reporting.
Your role will ensure seamless integration between transactional and financial processes, driving accuracy, efficiency, and insightful decision-making.

Qualifications:

3-5 years experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst specializing in Oracle ERP and financial management solutions

Proven ability to configure and enhance core ERP and reporting processes

Strong skills in business process mapping and managing transitions between current and future states

Experience with general ledger, chart of accounts, accounts payable/receivable, procurement, and management reporting

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in delivering Financial Management systems
