Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders.
Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
Conduct fit-gap analysis, CRP sessions, UAT support, and user training.
Manage end-to-end implementation activities including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Prepare functional specification documents and coordinate with technical teams for integrations and reporting requirements.
Handle change requests, issue resolution, and production support activities.
Work closely with business users and project stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Required Functional Expertise
Hands-on experience in the following modules:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Cash Management (CM)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Expense Management
Tax
Projects
Intercompany Accounting
Financial Reporting
Required Skills
Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials
Expertise in:
o FBDI / ADFDI
o OTBI
o BI Publisher
o BPM Workflow
o SLA
Good understanding of P2P, O2C, and R2R business processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Finance.
At least 3 5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
Experience in support and enhancement projects is mandatory.
