Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Support Oracle Fusion Finance implementation and support projects. Participate in business requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis sessions. Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financial modules including GL, AP, SLA, Tax, FA, and CM. Assist in preparing functional design documents, setup documents, and testing scenarios. Support integration testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution activities. Prepare reports using Oracle Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) and standard Oracle reports. Analyze financial business processes and recommend Oracle best practices. Provide support to end users and conduct basic user training sessions. Work closely with technical consultants for issue resolution and reporting requirements. Support month-end and year-end finance process activities. Assist in data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities. Maintain project documentation and status updates.

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • At least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation experiences.
  • Good understanding of finance and accounting processes.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Finance configuration and support.
  • Experience in testing, issue analysis, and user support.
  • Very Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of Oracle implementation methodology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Experience Level to Mid-Level Consultant with 3 5 years of relevant Oracle Fusion Finance experience.
