Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation of Oracle Fusion Payroll for Bahrain localization, ensuring compliance with SIO/GOSI, WPS, and statutory requirements.
  • Configure and run payroll processes including elements, flows, payroll cycles, costing, and reconciliation.
  • Manage support activities (L1/L2/L3), resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with Oracle Support.
  • Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and deliver system enhancements and change requests.
  • Support Redwood UI migration, including configuration, testing, and end-user adoption.
  • Configure and deploy AI agents using Oracle Fusion Agent Studio to enhance HR self-service.
  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll, absence, and compensation processes.
  • Design and deliver reports, extracts, and data loads for business and compliance needs.
  • Support integrations with third-party systems using APIs and integration tools.
  • Engage stakeholders, conduct workshops (CRP/UAT), and prepare functional and training documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation, particularly Bahrain localization.
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll are preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management.
  • Proficiency in Fast Formula development and payroll configuration.
  • Experience with HCM Extracts, OTBI, BIP reporting, and data migration tools (HDL/HSDL).
  • Familiarity with integration technologies such as OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and Atom Feeds.
  • Hands-on experience with Redwood UI and modern Oracle HCM features.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in support environments.
