Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules including:
Core HR
Absence Management
Payroll (as applicable)
Time and Labor
Talent Management
Performance Management
Benefits and Compensation - Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Perform gap analysis and provide best-fit solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud features.
- Configure HCM modules according to client requirements and Oracle best practices.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and reporting.
- Create functional documentation (BR100, MD50), test scripts, and training materials.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live, and post-production activities.
- Resolve issues, provide enhancements, and support HCM upgrades and patching.
- Stay updated with Oracle quarterly updates and feature enhancements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or support.
- Good understanding of HR processes and policies.
- Experience with at least one full-cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Strong knowledge of HCM data structures, security, and approval workflows.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (Core HR, Payroll, etc.) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, or HCM Extracts is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud or Learning Cloud is a bonus.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
