Global Payroll Configuration & Support: br> Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Global Payroll for multi-country payrolls including UAE, Egypt, br> KSA, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, African countries, etc., br> Configure payroll statutory units, payroll definitions, elements, balances, and calculation rules. br> Configure deductions, earnings, allowances, overtime, retro pay, and recurring/non-recurring br> elements. br> Support payroll calendars, consolidation groups, costing, and payment methods.

Payroll Processing & Validation: br> Support end-to-end payroll processing including: br> * Pre-payroll validations br> * Payroll runs and recalculations. br> * Retro-pay processing. br> * Payroll balances and reconciliation. br> Analyze and resolve payroll run errors, balance discrepancies, and costing issues. br> Support parallel payroll runs and cutover activities during implementations or transitions.

Statutory & Compliance: br> Configure and support country-specific statutory rules (tax, social insurance, end-of-service benefits, br> etc.). br> Ensure payroll compliance with local regulations and internal audit requirements. br> Support statutory reporting and year-end processes.

Integrations & Interfaces: br> Support payroll integrations with: br> * Third-party payroll engines (e.g., Ramco and other local providers) br> * Finance / GL systems. br> * Banks and payment files br> Support inbound and outbound integrations using HDL, extracts, and payroll interfaces.

Payroll Security & Controls: br> Configure payroll security roles and data access. br> Ensure PII handling, masking, and compliance with data privacy standards. br> Support audit queries, payroll controls, and segregation of duties.

Testing, UAT & Deployment: br> Prepare payroll test scenarios and test data. br> Support UAT cycles, defect resolution, and sign-off. br> Support production deployments, payroll dry runs, and post-go-live stabilization.

Documentation & Stakeholder Support: br> Prepare functional design documents, payroll setup workbooks, and process documentation. br> Work closely with HR, Finance, Infosec, and external payroll vendors. br> Provide functional guidance and support during payroll cycles.
