Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To handle end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules, from requirements gathering to go-live.
  • Configure and manage Oracle Recruiting Cloud including candidate lifecycle, requisitions, offers, onboarding, and workflows.
  • Set up and maintain Learning & Development features such as catalogs, courses, and learner tracking.
  • Configure Profile Management, competency frameworks, and ensure integration with other talent modules.
  • Implement Career Development and Succession Planning features including career paths, goals, and talent pools.
  • Manage Compensation processes including salary structures, merit/bonus plans, and approval workflows.
  • Support migration from Classic UI to Redwood experience, ensuring smooth user transition and adoption.
  • Lead UAT cycles: prepare test scripts, track defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure resolution.
  • Provide post go-live support including system stabilization, hypercare, and issue resolution.
  • Configure and manage security roles, access controls, and data visibility across modules.
  • Develop reports, Fast Formulas, and validation processes to support business and system needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, manage escalations, and support documentation and training efforts.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules, Oracle Recruiting Cloud configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Preferred to have certifications are Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Professional, Oracle Talent Management Cloud Certified, Oracle Recruiting Cloud Certified.
  • Solid knowledge of Learning, Profile Management, Career Development, Succession, and Compensation modules.
  • Experience with Redwood UI migration and page customization.
  • Proven ability to manage UAT cycles and resolve complex system issues under tight timelines.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM security architecture (RBAC, roles, data security).
  • Proficiency in Fast Formulas, OTBI, BIP reporting, and BPM workflows.
  • Experience in post-implementation support, system stabilization, and hypercare.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
