Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion PPM modules such as:
    Project Costing
    Project Billing
    Project Contracts
    Project Performance Reporting
    Grants Management (if applicable)
  • Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design functional solutions in line with best practices.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion PPM modules and perform system setups, testing, and validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, SCM, HR) to ensure smooth integration.
  • Prepare functional design documents (MD50s), test scripts, training material, and user guides.
  • Work closely with technical teams for RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements.
  • Conduct user training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Stay updated with Oracle quarterly updates/releases and ensure system compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6–8 years of functional experience with Oracle ERP, including at least 3–4 years in Oracle Fusion PPM.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM) modules and related integrations with Finance (GL, AP, AR).
  • Experience in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion PPM implementations.
  • Solid understanding of business processes in project accounting, costing, billing, and contracts.
  • Proficiency in documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and solution design.
  • Hands-on experience in UAT, SIT, and end-user training.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification in Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
  • Exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) PPM modules and migration to Fusion.
  • Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher reports, and FBDI processes.
  • Experience in working with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Oracle Fusion PPM certification is an advantage.
