Main Responsibilities:

• Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and Propose Solutions.
• Configuring application solutions and handle integration test with other modules.
• Deploying application solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.
• Handle presales activities (demo/ presentation).
• Providing application system support and end-user/key user training.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest Oracle offerings, updates, and developments
• Enhance department and organization by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

What We re Looking For:br> Proven hands-on experience across Oracle HCM modules (EBS & Fusion)br> Strong HR business process understanding and ability to translate requirements into solutionsbr> Experience in HCM configurations, implementations, and supportbr> Ability to lead workshops, gather business requirements, and design scalable HCM solutionsbr> Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skillsbr> Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus

Job Qualifications:

EducationBachelor s degree

Professional Experience:Experience: 5+

Technical Skills:

• 2 full life cycle implementation projects
• Oracle Certification in relevant domain
