Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Architecture: Analyze requirements to develop end-to-end blueprints for Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, and Compensation, ensuring scalability and compliance.
  • Implementation Oversight: Guide configuration, integrations with third-party systems, and data conversions, adhering to HCM best practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders, HR, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, presenting roadmaps and acting as a senior advisor.
  • Governance & Quality: Review functional designs and user stories, providing leadership on project decisions and ensuring technical standards are met.
  • Innovation: Support continuous improvement by leveraging AI, automation, and new technology features.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience: 10+ years of implementation or support experience in Oracle Cloud HCM/Fusion applications.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in Oracle HCM modules (Global HR, Payroll, Time & Labor).
  • Integration & Data: Proficiency in HCM integration tools (e.g., HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, OTBI).
  • Communication: Strong leadership skills, with experience managing complex, large-scale projects and influencing executive stakeholders.
