Roles & Responsibilities


Seeking an experienced Oracle IDAM Administrator to design, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions using the Oracle Identity Management Suite (OAM, OIM, OUD, OHS, OIG). The role covers the administration, troubleshooting, and support of these platforms in UNIX/Linux and Windows environments, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring secure, high-availability access management operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and guide IDAM strategies and solutions.
  • Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Identity Management products.
  • Define technical requirements and execution plans for IAM solutions.
  • Support user access provisioning, authentication, and access processes.
  • Troubleshoot system and performance issues for Oracle IDAM components.
  • Develop scripts in UNIX shell, PERL, SQL, and WLST for automation.
  • Author and update relevant documentation and policies.
  • Develop custom applications using Java and Oracle ADF.
  • Drive improvements in onboarding, offboarding, and SSO workflows.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and operate under pressure.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to complex environments.

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of Oracle Administration, specializing in identity management and authentication.
  • At least 4 years’ hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Management Suite (OIM, OAM, OIG, IDCS).
  • Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Certificate Services.
  • Proficiency in Azure AD, Azure Policies, and SSO integration.
  • Experience in VMWare, Oracle Access Manager and related technologies.
  • User provisioning experience for Oracle EBS R12, Oracle ERP Cloud, and LDAP connectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and IAM protocols (OAUTH, SAML, JWT).
  • Hands-on experience with Java, WebLogic, and modern development technologies (J2EE, JavaScript, SAML, XML).
  • Experience with cloud integration.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Relevant professional certifications are desirable.
