Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the overall strategy and vision for the Oracle Cloud practice.

Oversee operations, performance, security, and scalability of the Sovereign Alloy Oracle Cloud platform.

Strengthen and manage partnerships with Oracle to support co-development and joint initiatives.

Drive cloud innovation, governance frameworks, and best-practice standards across the practice.

Build and manage budgets, forecasts, incentives, and commercial models.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align cloud solutions with business objectives.

Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams of architects, engineers, and cloud specialists.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in IT with at least 5 years in cloud strategy and leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in OCI, Fusion ERP/HCM, Exadata, Oracle DB, and cloud architecture.
  • Proven experience managing or leading an Oracle-focused cloud function or private cloud environment.
  • Deep understanding of cloud governance, security, compliance, and cost optimisation.
  • Track record of managing technology partnerships, ideally with Oracle.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
  • Bachelor's or Master s degree in IT/Computer Science; Oracle certifications are a plus.
