Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Solution Architect, based in Bahrain, to serve as a key technical advisor and solution strategist in our Oracle practice. The primary responsibility of this role is to work closely with the sales team to win new clients and projects across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and the GCC region. The ideal candidate will define solution architecture, estimate project scope and budgets, and ensure proposed Oracle solutions are strategically aligned with client needs and regional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams as the technical lead in client engagements, helping secure new Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
• Serve as the primary solution architect for new client proposals, leading the design of tailored Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, or EPM solutions.
• Engage in client meetings and workshops to assess requirements, present solution options, and influence decision-makers with clear, strategic recommendations.
• Estimate project scope, delivery timelines, effort, resource needs, and high-level budgets in collaboration with delivery and PMO teams.
• Provide inputs for RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and client presentations with detailed architecture and implementation plans.
• Ensure proposed solutions comply with Oracle best practices and regional regulations (e.g., data residency, government standards in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia).
• Advise clients on Oracle Cloud adoption, hybrid models, integrations, and legacy system transformation.
• Support internal teams with knowledge sharing, delivery transitions, and architecture governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay up to date with Oracle s roadmap and key updates across Fusion Cloud and OCI offerings.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, with at least 5+ years in a solution architecture or pre-implementation strategy role.
• Proven experience supporting sales teams in winning Oracle projects, including direct involvement in client discussions and deal shaping.
• Strong functional and architectural understanding across Oracle ERP domains (ERP Financials, HCM, SCM, or EPM).
• Demonstrated ability to define high-level solution designs, project plans, and cost estimations.
• Experience delivering or scoping Oracle projects in the GCC, particularly Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Certified Architect or Functional Consultant Fusion Cloud or EBS.
• Experience working with clients in key GCC industries such as public sector, finance, oil & gas, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and integration platforms.
• Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business; MBA or master s is an advantage.
