Responsibilities:

  • User Support and Functional Triage

Provide day-to-day onsite user support including concern identification, issue clarification, impact assessment, data validation, and functional triage. Log and track incidents, service requests, and enhancements through Client s-approved ITSM tools and coordinate resolution with AMS teams.

  • Demand Intake and Requirements Management

Conduct requirement workshops and prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation. Ensure alignment with fit-to-standard principles and traceability through testing and signoff.

  • Continuous Improvement and Process Mining

Perform process mining and transactional and business performance analysis to identify efficiency drivers, bottlenecks, deviations, and improvement opportunities. Maintain an improvement backlog and support execution of approved initiatives.

  • KPI Monitoring and Dashboards

Define and monitor functional and operational KPIs. Design and maintain dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, OAC, FAW, or Power BI as applicable and provide actionable insights.

  • ERP Capability Maturity and Roadmap Execution

Assess ERP capability maturity across functional domains and prepare improvement roadmaps aligned to business priorities. Support execution and value realization tracking.

  • Adoption and Engagement Support

Assess user adoption and engagement; identify gaps and implement adoption improvement plans including communications, enablement, and targeted training support.

  • Special Projects Support

Support functional execution of special ERP initiatives as assigned, including rollout readiness, stabilization, analytics programs, control towers and compliance-driven changes.

  • UAT Coordination and Quality Support

Coordinate and support UAT activities including planning, script preparation, defect triage, retesting, and business signoff.

  • RCA and Operational Governance

Participate in RCAs for major or recurring issues and ensure corrective and preventive actions are tracked and implemented.

  • Value Realization

Discover, Prioritize, Enable and Monitor Value Realization for the assigned Oracle modules and processes with structured analysis and stakeholder alignment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Oracle Supply Chain Analytics & Control Tower Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of real-time supply chain visibility and analytics solutions across the organization. The role focuses on partnering with supply chain, operations, procurement, and logistics stakeholders to develop end-to-end monitoring frameworks, KPI dashboards, and exception-based alerting mechanisms using Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Control Tower and analytics capabilities. The consultant will translate business requirements into actionable insights, enabling proactive decision-making across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution functions. This role plays a critical part in improving supply chain transparency, identifying bottlenecks, enhancing responsiveness to disruptions, and enabling data-driven, predictive, and prescriptive decision-making through Oracle Supply Chain Analytics and Control Tower capabilities.

Competency and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years experience is required.
  • Resources must demonstrate endtoend process understanding, including upstream and downstream dependencies across the Oracle Fusion landscape.
  • Resources shall be capable of:
    • Engaging directly with business stakeholders
    • Translating business requirements into functional designs (BRDs/FSDs)
    • Interpreting transactional data and KPIs
    • Supporting process improvements, control design, and value realization initiatives
  • Prior experience supporting large, complex, multisite ERP environments is mandatory.

Oracle Certifications and Professional Credentials

  • Must hold relevant Oracle Fusion certifications aligned to their functional role Oracle Supply Chain Analytics & Control Tower

Equivalent or higher demonstrable experience may be considered at clients discretion; however, certifications are strongly preferred and may be used as a screening criterion during evaluation.
