Key Responsibilities: br> Design, develop, and support custom applications using Oracle APEX. br> Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports within Oracle Fusion. br> Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. br> Support, monitor and enhance existing custom solutions and business processes built on PaaS. br> Manage deployments for Oracle Fusion applications and associated custom solutions across environments. br> Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical issues related to Oracle Fusion applications. br> Provide ongoing post-implementation support and guidance to stakeholders to ensure effective system adoption and usage. br> Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and system manuals. br> Load and manage data using Oracle Fusion data loading tools, including HDL, FBDI, APIs and Web Services. br> Design and implement integrations with other systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). br> Exposure to OCI AI Services and Generative AI Agents will be plus points.

Communication skills: br> Should be able to communicate with business stakeholders. br> Resolves and/or to communicate with business stakeholders. br> Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. br>General / Cross-Module br> Lead business requirement workshops with HR, T&C, and leadership teams.

Problem Solving: br> Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and user guidelines. br> Support UAT, production deployment, and audit validations. br> Can do and will do attitude with a proactive approach on problem solving with full ownership. br> Combine patience, determination, and persistence to troubleshoot issues. br> Work closely with technical teams for Fast Formula, BI reports, and integrations. br> Dynamic, results-oriented problem solver. br> Manage enhancements, CRs, and stabilization activities. br> Easily understand, investigate, and solve technical issues in a details driven attitude.

Role Requirement and Qualification: br> Skilled at evaluating options and generating solutions. br> Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Languages: br> 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Talent and Compensation modules. br> Strong hands-on experience in Merit, Bonus, Performance, and Goals. Expertise in Fast Formula for compensation and eligibility logic br> Preferable BS Computer Sciences with Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Background. br> Experience managing annual compensation and performance cycles. br> Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. br> Must be fluent in English (Written / Spoken).
