Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of Rider Care Agents to deliver excellent rider support.

  • Oversee daily rider care operations, including inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and rider experience.
  • Analyze rider feedback and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for Rider Care Agents.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in customer service, support operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve operations.
