Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Online order confirmation is sent once the customer places the order via our networks or website to ensure they intend to receive the product.
- Track orders until delivery
- Manage order modifications or cancellations
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams
- Update the information in the system
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in business, management or equivalent
- Experience in order processing preferred
- Good communication
- Organization and management of priorities
- My mastery of office tools
